At some level of basketball (perhaps it was when I played in high school) any shot was off limits once it touched the backboard. It may have been that way before in college, too.
I believe that the NBA rule also doesn't allow a shot to be blocked once it has hit the backboard. This seems like a good change. _________________ "The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training."
