Hey guys, some of you may have noticed that the Tape and Gaming Forum looks pretty empty all of a sudden. Apparently during one of our server "issues" many of the topics got purged. That includes almost all of the game and movie reviews.
My initial reaction to this was to close down the forum and just use the football and non-sports forums for tapes, tickets and gaming. After thinking about it a bit I've decided to just go ahead and try to rebuild the forum instead. While I understand that losing the Tape and Gaming Forum is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things I also know that we have gamers on the site that actually enjoy coming in and reading some of the material.
Anyway, my request is that if anyone here on the site is interested in helping write some reviews or commentaries on movies and games to let me know by responding to this thread or via PM. With football season upon us this project would take a back seat to things, but it's something that can be done when we have down time or it's slow.
If anyone is interested please let me know. You don't have to be a writer or gaming expert to do this (as evidenced by my work). It's just for fun and I know a lot of the gamers would enjoy reading it. _________________
