But live in Maine and i love college football but never had a team i fancied following till i paid a visit to Tuscaloosa to meet a couple of very nice ladies i know who showed me everything Alabama and i am now the proud owner of an Alabama football shirt up here in the frozen wastelands 
Thought i might need a football forum home

Well, Fred welcome aboard. Hopefully you'll enjoy this place enough to call it home.
Just FYI, we have a member here from your neck of the woods. Ok, not really. He's from Spain. That's still closer to your neck of the woods than to ours though. 
Hope you enjoy the place Fred, and I apologize for the forums being a little dead this week. Off week has things a little slow right now.

Both terms could (unless you live in the East end of London) be considered insults by anyone else but i'll let you off this one time

Btw.. would this  be considered to dodgy for my siggy??... Its got me banned from at least 2 forums in the past.
