I'm going to assume it isn't the Western Hotel, which is run by an al-Qaeda cell.

I don't know about Skyland. As a single woman on my football ventures to Tuscaloosa ( Wink ) I don't think I'd stay out there.

Does anyone know if the Sheraton Four Points there on campus is changing ownership/brands? I've sent the company an e-mail after seeing on their website that they will no longer be a part of the Starwood system (parent company of Sheraton) come July 31st.

I'm pretty sure that UA decided to keep the Sheraton property, but dropped the Sheraton ownership. UA owns the land, and wanted to buy the hotel too, but I believe that never happened. I think they have a new owner now though, and they are making some upgrades to it and using it as a place for students to get some on-the-job training, like business school and hotel and restaurant management. The name was supposed to change as well, since Sheraton was no longer involved.

Actually, the Something is Value Place and it is not finished yet, so I doubt they are serving anything, but "Wood" (Hey, TP, lol)
