-BAMA needs to beat LSU twice today to advance.

LSU put some runs on the board in the 7th, thanks in part to a GS.

BAMA eliminated. They are a lock for a regional now though IMO, so that is the good news.

Ran out of pitching, no necessarily gas. That is why advancing from the loser's bracket is so hard. It didn't help though that our defense was spotty and our best pitcher was unavailable. We have the team to make some noise in a regional though as long as the bats stay hot.

Have we not recruited decent pitching? Does Coach Wells need a lesson in Recruiting 101 by Coach Saban?

Wells also made a pitching change(#27 walked 2 and could not find the strike zone. The umps strike zone was also all over the place.)...a wee bit late imho. Maybe he had reason, dunno what the situation was like in the BP.
