Women's College World Series. 8 teams total, double elimination.

As well as anyone else's. Our pitching concerns me a little, but we have the hitting.

Notice, he said a little.

Kelsi Dunne (Fr.) and Charlotte Morgan (Soph) are both great pitchers. Crissy Owens didn't look like she was "on her game" yesterday when she came in to close. But, it's important to note that Crissy (Sr.) has been to OK City a couple of times so the venue shouldn't be intimidating to her. Kelsi? Maybe, because of their youth but she has matured a lot this season.

One thing about this team is the defense they are playing is the best I've seen in the time Murphy has been at Bama. What has struck me on more than one occasion is our offensive rally's seem to stem from superb defensive play at times.

I have full confidence in this team, its the other teams I'm worried about. ASU is a pretty solid team, I'm just hoping we get deeper this year in the CWS.
